Prayer for 2021
We thank you for this Light House community of believers. Thank you that even in the midst of a world pandemic, You made a way for us to come together to learn more about You in Your Word. As we study Your Word, You have shown us how You have proven faithful to Your people over the course of history, and that Your Word, Your Promises, have stood the test of time. Your Promises never fail. We are learning day by day to trust You even more in every area of our lives. We trust that as we Move Forward in 2021 with You, that we will experience even greater insight and understanding of Your Word thereby applying it more in our lives. That it will be a lamp to our feet and a light to our path so that we know which decisions and choices are the right ones, and according to Your will for our lives. We trust that Your angels will keep us protected, bearing us up lest we dash our foot against a stone. We decree that no evil shall befall us, neither shall any plague come nigh our dwelling because You have given Your angels charge over us to keep us in all of our ways. Not only will we be protected, but we will walk victorious in life. We do not entertain fear of any kind but only Power, Love and Soundness of mind. You keep us in perfect peace as we keep our minds focused on You. In 2021 we are more than conquerors with You – overcoming all challenges, tribulation and adversity. With You, we are “Impossibility Provers” – achieving what man may say is impossible. Because we are working with You, all things are Possible. This year we will Move Forward in our faith, Move Forward in Your purposes for our lives, and Move Forward in our relationship with You. Drawing closer and closer to You. Thank You for Your Holy Spirit that will empower us to be witnesses for You to others. Father, our lives bear the testimony of You, our Salvation, our Lord and Savior. We will continue to let our lights shine before men so that You are glorified through our works. We pray Lord for a spirit of excellence in all of our works because You Lord are an excellent God. Remove any evil ways within us, cleanse us by Your Word, sanctify us, purify us. Perfect those things that concerneth us so that we can walk as Noah and even Abraham did, blameless before You. We walk in Love this year, we walk in forgiveness this year, we walk in health this year, we walk in confidence and power this year. Thank you again for this year 2021 that we are about to embrace and all that You have in store for us. We know all things in this year will work together for good, because we love You and are called according to Your purpose. Amen and so let it be.
