   Poetic Thought

   “I was created”

   I was created to be like Christ
   It won’t happen over night but working towards that will be my sacrifice
   I was sent here to show a character that’s Godly
   I’ll treat my souls shelter with respect and a Christlike mind I will embody
   Jesus promised me life of abundancy
   That doesn’t mean everything in life will happen flawlessly
   Gods spirit is working in us all
   That’s why it’s important to listen when we receive that call
   A call from God letting us know what’s next
   I realized I was created to give God my best
   You can’t imitate Jesus or what he has done
   For inhabitation of his spirit will please Gods son
   We were created to become more like Christ
   I’ll start working on that today because I know it won’t happen over night
   We were created to become like Gods son
   Victory was ours before life begun

2. We were made in the image of God but we are not God and will never be God. Psalm 8:5 tells us “For you made him (man) a little lower than the angels and crown him with glory and honor “ So God do not want us to be god. He wants us to become godly taking on His values, attitude and character. “ Nothing shapes your life more than the commitments you choose to make “ We become whatever we are committed to.Many are afraid to commit and just drift through life. It’s our ultimate destiny and responsibility to become like Christ.
