Day 34
Poetic Thought
“Why do you serve”
You should always have pure intentions when you serve others
We shouldn’t think of self gain when we are helping each other
A Christlike mind goes a long way
Service starts in your heart and should be just as pure each day
Don’t get wrapped up in money
That simply won’t work
When you serve for God
You don’t look for perks
Why do you serve?
Think about it for yourself
If you are doing it for God
Don’t worry about what’s in return, just render out the help
You don’t want to miss out on God’s blessings when they are being dispersed
So serve with honor and love
As you continue to put God first
Yes, thank you Shannell. We all need to remember to serve with the right heart (mind). Not for the benefits, but for the opportunity and in gratitude of what the great services He did for us by dying on the cross. We serve and can serve, because He gave all for us.
